An established property developer with operations across the UK and Europe is looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to lead a new build apartment scheme valued at c. €10m.

The Role
- No.1 on site, reporting directly to the Contracts Manager
- Day to day project management from start to finish
- Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered safely, ontime, and to spec
- Client facing
Requirements
- Background with a main contractor or subcontractor
- Strong residential experience (apartments preferred) xcfaprz
