HVAC Supervisor – Pharmaceutical Project (Contract)

Our client is seeking an experienced HVAC Supervisor for a pharmaceutical construction project in Limerick. This is a contract role, responsible for managing and supervising all HVAC works, including contractors and specialist sub-contractors, to ensure timely and compliant delivery of mechanical systems.

• Supervise the HVAC scope from pre-construction to system turnover.
  
• Assist the Mechanical Lead with constructability reviews and planning sessions with Client and Design Teams.
  
• Ensure projects are adequately resourced with skilled personnel, plant, tools, and temporary facilities.
  
• Engage with Design, Commissioning, and Client teams to achieve scheduled system turnovers.
  
• Adhere to site SOPs, health and safety regulations, and project Quality Plan criteria.
  
• Direct and manage assigned staff and subcontractors.
  
• Review contractor progress reports and provide input for project reporting.
  
• Record and share lessons learned, and encourage innovation and best practice.

• Proven experience as an HVAC Supervisor on pharmaceutical, life sciences, or large-scale mechanical projects.
  
• Strong knowledge of mechanical construction and site supervision practices.
  
• Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
  
• Understanding of Irish construction health and safety regulations.
  
• Ability to manage multiple contractors, schedules, and quality standards.
  
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
