Project Manager

Reports to the Project Director on all matters, the Project Manager oversees and audits all aspects of his/her assigned project(s). From the award of the project, through drafting and design, take off and breakdown, to production, delivery, and installation, the Project Manager ensures the project meets all schedules, within prescribed budget and scope. A while mitigating/managing risk and client expectations.

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the

following:

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Architectural Technology

Construction Management or Civil Engineering;

• Project Management Professional Certification or working

towards it is an asset.

Years of Experience

• Minimum 5+ years of Project Management experience.

Working Conditions

• Office and Site work setting;

• Work environment requires wearing PPE for all site work

and in certain other locations;

• At times requires driving to visit sites, clients or suppliers to

pick up samples;

• Full Health and Safety training required (Working at

Heights, WHMIS);

• Follow Health and Safety standards on site; and

• Flexible to work overtime as required.
