SAS Reporting Analyst (ETL/SQL/PBI)

Looking for an Intermediate level Data Analyst with strong ETL experience including Data Analysis/Extraction/Modeling/Mapping activities (ETL processes) and proven SAS skills.

Location: downtown Toronto (Hybrid: Tuesday and Fridays)

Duration : 6-12 mo (strong probability of extension)

Domain: Banking

Start date: ASAP

Interview: in-person interview with a small test on ETL/SAS/SQL

Must-Haves :

• 3-5 years of relevant experience who is very motivated and a team player
• ETL (Datastage, SSIS, Talend, Informatica, etc.)
• SAS strong skills (mandatory)
• MS SQL
• Data augmentation, modeling, validation
• PowerBI - highly desirable

Responsibilities:

• Perform data analysis to support decision-making processes.
• Develop, implement, and maintain SAS and SQL scripts for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Generate and automate reports using SAS, SQL, and Power BI.
• Collaborate with team members to understand data requirements and provide insights.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to provide actionable insights.
• Support ad-hoc analysis and reporting requests.
