The Role
You’ll be joining a collaborative and experienced team working from a studio environment in Cork City centre. The ideal candidate will be involved from early design through to completion, with exposure to a broad mix of project types including restoration, adaptive reuse, and sustainable new developments. This position offers a mix of autonomy and teamwork, with real input into design direction and project success.
Key Responsibilities- Lead design and delivery on a range of projects including civic, heritage, residential, and commercial schemes
- Manage projects from early concept through to construction stage
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout the process
- Contribute to design reviews and mentor junior team members
- Work collaboratively in a studio-based, five-day office environment
- Registered Architect in Ireland (RIAI required)
- Minimum of 2–3 years post-qualification experience in Ireland
- Strong proficiency in Revit with BIM coordination experience
- Proven ability to manage design and technical stages of projects
- Confident communicator who can build strong client relationships
- Based within commuting distance of Cork City (five days in-office)
