Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Sales Admin Support to support our sales function. This role is central to the smooth running of the sales process, with responsibility for maintaining data accuracy on Salesforce, coordinating client RFPs, and producing high-quality proposals for corporate clients. This is an ideal role for someone who wants exposure to the full sales lifecycle and who enjoys a hands‑on support role in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate data in Salesforce, including leads, accounts, contacts, and opportunities.
  • Support the sales team with CRM best practices.
  • Investigate smarter processes for tasks utilising other tools including AI.
  • Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the sales team.
  • Act as a key point of coordination between sales and hotel suppliers.
  • Support continuous improvement of sales processes and materials.
  • Experience in a sales support or admin support role.
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
  • Experience in using Microsoft Powerpoint and Excel.
  • Understanding and interest in using AI and Canva.
  • Excellent written English and strong attention to detail.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
RFP Coordination
  • Coordinate the end‑to‑end RFP process for incoming enquiries.
  • Collate information from internal teams and external partners to complete RFPs.
  • Ensure all submissions are accurate, compelling, and delivered within deadlines.
  • Track RFPs and maintain a clear overview of status and outcomes.
  • Deliver professional proposals for our clients.
  • Tailor proposals based on client briefs, budgets, and venue requirements.
  • Maintain proposal templates and standard sales documents.
