Dublin City Centre - Hybrid (4 days onsite)

Realta is partnering with a fast-growing cyber consultancy in Dublin to hire a more senior IT Engineer. This suits someone with 2+ years’+ experience, ideally from an MSP, who knows M365 inside out, is solid across support and systems, and who potentially wants a clear path into security.

• 
  
• Deliver strong 1st and 2nd line support across client environments - troubleshoot properly, fix root cause, own outcomes
  
• M365 heavy: Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint/OneDrive, Entra ID, policies and day-to-day admin
  
• Work with Datto (or similar) for backup/restore, monitoring, patching
  
• Support networking basics: VPNs, firewalls, switching/routing fundamentals, Wi‑Fi troubleshooting
  
• Client‑facing work - confident communication and a professional approach
  

• 
  
• 2+ years in IT support/systems - MSP or consultancy ideal
  
• Strong M365 + identity experience (AD/Entra ID, MFA/Conditional Access)
  
• Comfortable in a ticket‑driven environment with good documentation habits
  
• Networking fundamentals you can actually use in the real world
  

• 
  
• Microsoft / CompTIA / CCNA certs
  
• Car helpful for occasional client visits (not a requirement)
