Join a fast-growing Medical Device organisation developing breakthrough diagnostic technologies for chronic conditions as the CRM Solution Architect.

This is an important, high-impact role, where you’ll be responsible for architecting, implementing, and optimising robust CRM solutions that drive the business forward.

You’ll have ownership for building custom applications, streamlining complex workflows, and integrating the Zoho platform with other business-critical systems.

• Be the technical owner of a modern, expanding Zoho environment
• Work on innovative technologies that support early detection of chronic disease
• Shape systems used across the full medical device lifecycle, from R&D to deployment
• Fully remote working model with strong team culture and purpose

• Design and build scalable applications on Zoho Creator
• Provide reliable solutions for whole business
• Act as the company’s xcfaprz Zoho expert; ensuring quality and best practices
• Have full ownership for the Zoho CRM performance, data integrity, and platform governance

• Over 5 years of experience as a Zoho architect
• Experience in web development and integration
• Strong background in solutions architecture
