Duties & Responsibilities

• Own the Android platform architecture and long-term technical direction
• Design scalable, secure, and high-performance mobile systems
• Lead technical decision-making across mobile engineering teams
• Set engineering standards, coding practices, and quality frameworks
• Provide mentorship and technical leadership to Android developers
• Drive modern Android development practices and tooling adoption
• Work cross-functionally with product, design, backend, and QA teams
• Remain hands-on with complex engineering challenges and delivery
• Influence system design, platform evolution, and technical xcfaprz strategy

Experience Required

• 8+ years professional Android development experience
• Senior leadership background (Principal, Lead, Architect, or equivalent)
• Strong architecture expertise (MVVM, Clean Architecture, modularisation)
• Advanced Android stack knowledge: Kotlin, Jetpack (Compose, ViewModel, Room, Navigation)
• Experience with testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines
• Excellent communication across technical and business stakeholders
