Access Talent Group are recruiting for a Managing Quantity Surveyor to manage a team of Quantity Surveyors, for a large-scale Contractor in Dublin. With the huge demand of facilities to support the need for public, commercial and housing facilities our client has taken on large amounts of these projects in the Dublin.

The company has been putting their name at the very top of the industry for a long time and their knowledge of the contracting market is no secret. Specialising in large scale projects all over Ireland.

They are looking for a Managing Quantity Surveyor to join the working team, to keep their efficiency at a constant high. Due to a large upsizing they are looking for a fresh candidate to fill a fresh role.

• Must have a Level 8 degree in related field
  
• Professional experience is essential
  
• Considerable desire to help grow a Commercial department
  
• Knowledge on the fluidity that makes large scale projects progress
  
• Extensive knowledge of types of main building projects
  
• Extensive experience of Managing a group of Quantity Surveyors
