Immediate W2 contract position available in Atlanta, GA.

Estimated Duration: 3 months

Assignment Schedule:

·         At least 4 days in-office.

·         Normal working hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

·         Workers may arrive as early as 7:00 AM.

·         Arrival should occur between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM, with an expectation to work 8 hours plus a lunch break.

Desired Qualifications:

·         0 - 5 years of experience.

·         The purpose of this position is to coordinate key work management tasks related to capital construction projects, including cost-recoverable programs, from initiation to financial close-out. Duties include project setup and maintenance in company ARM, asset allocation and booking in Power Plan, creating non-new business work requests

·         Create and validate spot contracts.

·         This position serves as a liaison between the pipeline contractors and company for system and work management issues.

Qualifications:

·         Education:

o    Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.

·         Experience:

o    Prior experience in project coordination or support roles preferred.

·         Skills:

o    Excellent organizational skills

o    Strong attention to detail

o    Effective communication

o    Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project)

o    Ability to multitask and prioritize
