Job Summary:
Join a leading provider of advanced sensing solutions supporting production testing, calibration, and troubleshooting for complex electronic and mechanical assemblies. This role ensures that high-performance imaging and detection products meet stringent quality and safety standards across a variety of applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and calibration of electronic and mechanical components.
Interpret blueprints, process documents, and technical drawings.
Complete sub-assembly inspections and verify QA/QC compliance.
Assist engineers in prototype development and testing.
Maintain and document quality and production records.
Operate within standard operating procedures and ensure production quotas are met.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace; support continuous improvement initiatives.
Contribute to a professional work environment and perform other duties as assigned.
Required Experience:
Hands-on experience testing electronic and mechanical assemblies
Familiarity with standard inspection and troubleshooting tools
Ability to interpret engineering documentation
Nice-to-Have Experience:
Exposure to QA/QC testing in regulated manufacturing environments
Support of UAS Flight & Test or radiation/explosive detection systems
Experience working with prototypes and R&D teams
Required Skills:
Technical troubleshooting
Blueprint and schematic reading
Documentation and reporting
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with Microsoft Office for production records
Sub-assembly testing and inspection
Rework and final system validation
Additional Skills:
Calibration of mechanical and electrical components
Flexibility to work across multiple product lines
Good organizational habits and team communication
