Our challenge

The Program Manager is responsible for managing large, complex programs consisting of interconnected projects. This role involves formulating strategies, organizing resources, and overseeing multiple project teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.


The Role

Responsibilities:

  • Proven experience in managing large programs and multi-project initiatives.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.


Requirements:

You are:

  • Manage large programs with inter-connected projects to ensure successful delivery and achievement of strategic objectives.
  • Formulate, organize, monitor, and coordinate cross-project activities to maintain alignment and optimize resource utilization.
  • Conduct resources and budget planning to ensure efficient allocation and utilization of assets.
  • Manage and guide project managers to ensure project execution aligns with program goals and standards.
  • Oversee program-level reporting, including risk and issues management, status rollup, and providing updates to leadership.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving, communication, presentation, and leadership skills to lead teams effectively and communicate with stakeholders.


Nice-to-have:

It would be great if you also had:

  • PMP, PgMP, MSP, or other relevant project management certifications.
  • Experience with agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations or standards.
  • Prior experience working with cross-functional or global teams.
  • Advanced skills in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale strategic initiatives.
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
