ERP Implementation & Process Automation Specialist

NutraSoft provides ERP software purpose-built for small and mid-sized food and beverage manufacturers across North America.

We are scaling quickly and building a more structured, automation-driven onboarding engine, including AI-assisted implementation workflows.

We are not looking for support staff.

We are hiring someone to take ownership of how our implementations are delivered and improved.

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Montreal, QC, with occasional travel to client sites.

As a Manufacturing ERP Implementation & Process Automation Specialist , you will lead software implementations for small and mid-sized food manufacturers.

This is a structured implementation and process design role. You will manage multiple implementations simultaneously and guide clients through a 3–12 month onboarding process.

You will:

• Assess manufacturing workflows and operational processes
• Map recipes, QC checkpoints, production flows, equipment, and locations into NutraSoft
• Lead weekly implementation calls (1–1.5 hours per client)
• Hold clients accountable to defined milestones and timelines
• Create structured onboarding documentation and SOP libraries
• Standardize implementation stages to reduce variability
• Identify repeatable onboarding steps that can be automated
• Collaborate with our development team on AI-assisted onboarding initiatives
• Support sales with technical scoping when required
• Must be comfortable integrating AI tools into daily workflow to improve execution speed and clarity

This role combines client leadership, operational systems thinking, and internal process improvement.

You likely:

• Have 2–5 years experience in ERP implementation, SaaS onboarding, or operations consulting
• Understand manufacturing or process-based operational environments
• Are highly structured and conscientious
• Think in systems and workflows
• Can translate operational processes into structured software configuration
• Are comfortable leading client-facing meetings
• Can manage multiple concurrent implementations
• Are curious about automation and AI-driven workflows

Bonus:

• Familiarity with manufacturing ERP systems
• Experience building documentation libraries and structured onboarding frameworks

$75,000–$85,000 depending on experience.
