Responsibilities:
- Receive, process, and verify incoming inventory and orders.
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order specifications.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently using appropriate materials.
- Label packages correctly for shipment and ensure all documentation is complete.
- Prepare orders for dispatch and coordinate with shipping personnel.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Conduct inventory checks and report any discrepancies.
- Operate material handling equipment (training provided).
- Adhere to all company policies and Safety regulations, including proper use of PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment role is an asset.
- Ability to perform tasks involving frequent Lifting (up to 45 lbs).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Commitment to Safety protocols and procedures.
- Understanding of logistics and warehouse operations.
