Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for damage or discrepancies.
- Unload trucks and move materials to designated storage areas.
- Organize and stock inventory efficiently and accurately.
- Assist with order picking and packing as needed.
- Prepare outgoing shipments for transportation.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe warehouse environment.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks (certification may be required).
- Follow all established Safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE.
- Participate in inventory control activities and cycle counts.
- Support the logistics team in achieving daily operational targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or general labor role is beneficial.
- Ability to perform strenuous tasks, including frequent Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Understanding of warehouse operations and logistics principles.
- Commitment to Safety and following instructions.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Basic problem-solving skills.
