We are hiring dedicated Order Pickers for our dynamic warehouse facility in Phoenix, Arizona! If you have a keen eye for detail and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you. You will be responsible for accurately retrieving products to fulfill customer orders, playing a critical part in our overall logistics and fulfillment success. Your efficiency and accuracy directly impact customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately select and retrieve products from warehouse locations based on pick lists or RF scanner instructions.
- Verify product numbers and quantities to ensure order accuracy.
- Stage picked items for the packing and shipping departments.
- Operate order picking equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area, contributing to the overall warehouse environment.
- Adhere to all warehouse Safety rules and regulations, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Participate in inventory cycle counts as required.
- The ability to perform repetitive motions and regular Lifting of items up to 45 lbs is expected.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to meet daily order fulfillment targets within our logistics operations.
- Report any stock discrepancies or equipment issues to supervision immediately.
- Engage in training designed to enhance picking efficiency and safety knowledge.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous order picking or warehouse experience is a plus, but training is provided.
- Ability to read and understand pick lists and item numbers.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Comfortable with the physical demands of the role, including lifting.
- Willingness to follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
- Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
