About
Join our team in Phoenix, Arizona, as an Inventory Control Specialist and take ownership of maintaining accurate and efficient inventory levels. This role is vital for optimizing warehouse operations and ensuring product availability. You will be responsible for conducting regular cycle counts, investigating inventory discrepancies, and implementing corrective actions to maintain data integrity. Your duties will include managing inventory locations, performing stock takes, and analyzing inventory trends to identify potential issues. You will work closely with the warehouse and operations teams to ensure smooth inventory flow and accurate record-keeping. A strong analytical mindset and exceptional attention to detail are essential. This position requires adherence to strict Safety protocols, including the proper use of PPE . While not primarily a physical role, there may be occasional tasks involving Lifting of inventory or equipment. Your contribution is key to our overall Logistics efficiency. Responsibilities include: performing cycle counts and physical inventories, investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies, maintaining accurate inventory records in the WMS, identifying slow-moving or obsolete stock, recommending improvements to inventory processes, and assisting with the coordination of stock rotation (FIFO/LIFO). We are looking for a proactive individual who can contribute to our continuous improvement efforts and ensure our inventory is managed effectively.
