Job Summary:
Join our team in San Francisco, California, as an Order Picker! We are seeking efficient and reliable individuals to accurately pick and prepare customer orders in our fast-paced warehouse. This role is fundamental to our logistics process, ensuring timely fulfillment and customer satisfaction. You will be navigating our facility, locating items based on order details, and ensuring the correct quantities are selected. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately retrieve items from warehouse shelves according to order pick lists or electronic devices.
  • Verify product codes and quantities to ensure order accuracy.
  • Place picked items into appropriate containers (boxes, totes, etc.).
  • Transport picked orders to designated staging or packing areas.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring aisles are clear.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
  • Report any stock discrepancies, damaged goods, or potential hazards to a supervisor.
  • Contribute to overall warehouse efficiency and the smooth flow of logistics.
  • Participate in inventory counts as required.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in order picking or warehouse operations is highly desirable.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
  • Must be able to lift and move objects weighing up to 45 pounds.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Willingness to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), such as safety shoes and vests.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse logistics and inventory management principles.
  • Ability to work efficiently, both independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliability and punctuality are essential.
