Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory for accuracy and damage.
- Stock shelves and designated areas with incoming merchandise.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using a handheld scanner or other designated equipment.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (training provided for qualified candidates).
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Willingness to wear required PPE, including safety shoes and vests.
- Experience with RF scanners is desirable.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
