We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team in Sacramento, California. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks within our logistics operations, ensuring the efficient flow of goods through our facility. Your primary duties will include receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders with accuracy and speed. We are committed to maintaining a safe working environment, and all team members are required to adhere to strict safety protocols and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times. This position involves significant physical activity, including regular Lifting of up to 50 pounds, and requires the ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods. You will work closely with other warehouse personnel and supervisors to meet daily operational goals and contribute to the overall success of our supply chain. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn new processes. Experience in a warehouse setting is a plus, but not required as comprehensive training will be provided.
