About
We are looking for a dedicated Fulfillment Associate to join our innovative team in Provo, Utah. This role is central to ensuring that customer orders are accurately and efficiently processed and prepared for shipment. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be responsible for picking and packing a variety of products, accurately identifying items using scanning technology, and ensuring that all orders are correctly assembled and labeled. You will also assist with receiving inventory, stocking shelves, and maintaining an organized and clean workspace. Our commitment to safety is unwavering; you will be required to follow all safety guidelines and utilize appropriate PPE, such as safety glasses, gloves, and sturdy footwear. This position demands physical agility and the ability to perform regular lifting, typically up to 40 pounds, as well as standing, walking, and bending throughout your shift. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and familiarity with e-commerce fulfillment processes are advantageous. You will be a key player in our logistics chain, directly impacting customer satisfaction through your attention to detail and efficiency.
