Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, including labeling and documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks (certification may be required).
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper stock rotation and cycle counting.
- Organize and maintain warehouse storage areas for optimal efficiency.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Identify and report any damages, discrepancies, or safety hazards.
- Contribute to a clean and orderly work environment.
- Support overall logistics and supply chain goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment preferred.
- Ability to operate various material handling equipment.
- Proficiency in basic math and computer skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting, up to 50 lbs, regularly.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable and committed to excellent attendance.
