Join our dynamic warehouse team in Miami, Florida, as a skilled Forklift Operator. This role is integral to our daily logistics operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods. You will operate forklifts to transport materials, load and unload delivery trucks, and manage inventory within the warehouse. Safety is our top priority, and you will be expected to adhere to all company Safety protocols, including conducting pre-operation checks, proper equipment handling, and wearing the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). A strong understanding of warehouse Safety procedures and best practices is essential. This position requires precision, reliability, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of your work area and contributing to overall warehouse efficiency. Occasional physical tasks, including Lifting, may be part of the role when not operating equipment. Your expertise is vital to our logistics success. Key responsibilities include:
- Safely operating various types of forklifts.
- Loading and unloading products from trucks and trailers.
- Moving and organizing inventory within the warehouse.
- Conducting daily inspections of forklift equipment.
- Following all Safety regulations and warehouse procedures.
- Wearing and utilizing appropriate PPE.
- Assisting with inventory counts and record-keeping.
- Collaborating with other team members to optimize workflow.
