Your responsibilities will include receiving and inspecting incoming shipments, accurately picking and packing orders, stocking inventory, and preparing goods for dispatch. This role is pivotal to our logistics success, ensuring that our products move efficiently and accurately through our facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, physical stamina for tasks involving Lifting, and a steadfast commitment to workplace safety, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). You will work collaboratively with a team in a fast-paced environment to meet daily operational goals. We are looking for individuals who are eager to learn and contribute to a positive team dynamic. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory for accuracy and damage.
- Pick and pack orders according to company standards and customer requirements.
- Stock received items onto shelves and designated warehouse locations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counting as required.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient workflow and meet deadlines.
- Report any operational issues or discrepancies to management.
- Support the smooth execution of all logistics operations.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to quality.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is an advantage.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Physical capability to stand, walk, and perform manual tasks for extended periods.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety best practices.
- Willingness to consistently wear required PPE.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Basic understanding of inventory and logistics processes.
