You will be responsible for picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and adhering to all company safety policies. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using scanning equipment.
- Verify product counts and quality before shipment.
- Prepare packages for shipment, including labeling and documentation.
- Maintain inventory accuracy by performing cycle counts and reporting discrepancies.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Adhere to all company safety guidelines and use required PPE.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed, such as stocking and organizing.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
- Must be able to perform frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Commitment to workplace safety and proper use of PPE.
