Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and put away incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack customer orders efficiently using provided tools and systems.
- Operate manual equipment like pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Perform regular inventory cycle counts and assist in stocktaking.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Ensure proper use of all required PPE.
- Stage and prepare orders for shipment.
- Meet or exceed established performance metrics for productivity and accuracy.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is beneficial.
- Experience with RF scanners is a plus.
- Capacity to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
- Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe workplace.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
