We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Coordinator to oversee and manage the daily operations of our Charlotte, North Carolina facility. As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will supervise warehouse staff, manage inventory flow, coordinate shipping and receiving activities, and implement operational improvements. Strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to **PPE** compliance are essential for success. The ability to direct tasks that involve **lifting** and material movement is also important. You will be responsible for ensuring that all warehouse activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and industry best practices. We are looking for a proactive leader who can motivate a team and drive operational excellence. Responsibilities include:
- Supervising and scheduling warehouse personnel
- Overseeing inventory management, including cycle counts and stock checks
- Coordinating all incoming and outgoing shipments
- Ensuring efficient and safe loading and unloading of goods
- Implementing and enforcing warehouse safety procedures and protocols
- Managing warehouse space utilization and organization
- Training new warehouse staff on operational procedures and safety
- Resolving operational issues and conflicts in a timely manner
- Maintaining records and generating reports on warehouse performance
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth supply chain operations
