As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be responsible for picking items, packing them securely, and preparing them for shipment, ensuring that every order meets our high standards of quality and speed. This position requires physical dexterity, the capacity for **lifting** packages, and a deep commitment to workplace **safety**. You must diligently use all required **PPE**, including safety shoes and vests. Your role is integral to our **logistics** success, impacting customer satisfaction directly. - Receiving and inspecting incoming inventory
- Accurately picking items for customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists
- Packing orders securely and efficiently, selecting appropriate packaging materials
- Labeling packages correctly for shipment
- Assisting with loading outgoing shipments onto delivery vehicles
- Conducting regular inventory checks and maintaining stock accuracy
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
- Collaborating with team members to meet daily fulfillment goals
