About
We are looking for an energetic Picker/Packer to join our San Diego, California warehouse team. This role is fundamental to our Logistics operations, ensuring that customer orders are accurately and efficiently assembled and prepared for shipment. As a Picker/Packer, you will be responsible for reading order sheets, locating items within the warehouse, picking them accurately, and then packing them securely for delivery. A high level of attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency are essential. Our company prioritizes Safety, and all team members are required to follow strict Safety procedures and wear the designated PPE. This position involves considerable physical activity, including substantial Lifting and moving of products. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders from warehouse shelves.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Verify picked items against order forms.
- Use scanning equipment to track inventory movement.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and documentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and warehouse area.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Wear required PPE at all times.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation.
- Support the smooth operation of our Logistics department.
