We are hiring motivated Warehouse Associates to join our busy facility in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This role is essential for the smooth operation of our warehouse, covering a wide range of tasks from receiving and stocking to order fulfillment and shipping. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Put away received goods into designated storage locations accurately.
- Pick and pack customer orders efficiently and accurately using RF scanners and pick lists.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Operate various warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and potentially forklifts (certification may be required).
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, ensuring safety standards are met.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the strict use of PPE.
- Participate in regular inventory counts and assist with inventory management.
- Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to achieve daily operational goals.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is preferred.
- Ability to perform frequent Lifting (up to 50 pounds) and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment and safety procedures.
- Must wear required PPE, such as safety glasses, vests, and steel-toed boots.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Forklift certification is a plus.
