Responsibilities:
- Accurately retrieve specified items from warehouse locations using order lists or scanners.
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy before packing.
- Pack items efficiently and securely, ensuring they are protected during shipping.
- Apply shipping labels and necessary documentation to packages.
- Maintain an organized and tidy workspace to optimize workflow.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned, such as stocking and inventory checks.
- Adhere strictly to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Contribute positively to team goals and performance metrics.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in picking, packing, or warehouse work is preferred.
- Ability to remain active, standing and walking for prolonged periods.
- Must be able to handle Lifting up to 40 lbs on a regular basis.
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail are essential.
- Understanding of warehouse procedures and basic logistics concepts.
- Familiarity with required PPE and commitment to using it correctly.
