Join our vibrant team as an Order Picker in Orlando, Florida! This is a dynamic role where you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently retrieving items from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders. Your speed and accuracy are key to ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the smooth flow of our logistics operations. You will utilize RF scanners and pick lists to locate products, ensuring that the correct items and quantities are picked. We are committed to maintaining a safe work environment, and you will be required to wear appropriate PPE and follow all safety guidelines meticulously. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced setting. Prior experience as an order picker or in a similar warehouse role is beneficial. You should be comfortable with physical tasks, including regular lifting and bending, and be able to meet productivity targets. Teamwork and a positive attitude are highly valued. This position offers a great opportunity to contribute to a growing company and be part of a dedicated logistics team. We provide training and support to help you succeed. Responsibilities include: reading pick tickets or using RF scanners to identify items needed for orders, navigating warehouse aisles to retrieve items, verifying product codes and quantities, placing picked items into appropriate containers (totes, boxes, pallets), ensuring order accuracy, maintaining a clean and organized workstation, and adhering to all safety regulations and PPE requirements.
