We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Picker/Packer to join our dynamic team in Columbus, Ohio. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking items for customer orders and preparing them for shipment. This is a crucial position within our logistics operations, ensuring our customers receive their orders correctly and on time. You will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, utilizing scanning equipment and following specific packing instructions to maintain order accuracy and quality standards. Attention to detail is paramount as you will be handling a wide variety of products. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and understand the importance of safety protocols. Experience with warehouse management systems is a plus. Your contributions will directly impact customer satisfaction and the overall success of our distribution center. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available. We provide all necessary PPE to ensure your safety while performing your duties. Compliance with all safety guidelines is mandatory. Duties include: picking items from designated locations, verifying product codes and quantities, packing items securely using appropriate materials, labeling packages for shipment, maintaining a clean and organized work area, operating scanning equipment, and assisting with inventory counts as needed.
