Timeless LLC is a Minneapolis-based restoration and remodeling company built on elite craftsmanship and a standard most contractors can't match. We specialize in insurance rebuilds, historic restorations, and high-end remodels. We're launching April 1, 2026 — and we need our Project Manager in place on day one.

The Project Manager is the quarterback of every active project. You own job execution from the moment a signed contract is handed off by the CEO through final project closeout. The PM plans the work, the Build Captain builds the work, and the PM verifies the result. You are the space between the sale and the finished product.

This is a hybrid role — administrative work in the mornings and evenings, on-site during the day rotating across active jobs. It requires someone who is equally comfortable behind a desk and walking a job site.
