What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking a seasoned professional with a proven track record in managing large-format stores. Ideal candidates will come from a grocery, DIY, or similar high-volume retail background.

Key Requirements:

• Retail Management Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a Store Manager or similar leadership role within grocery or DIY retail.
• Strong Leadership Skills: Capable of motivating and managing a large team to achieve targets and deliver exceptional results.
• Commercial Acumen: Experience in managing budgets, stock levels, and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
