Role Summary
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to support the delivery of technology and business change initiatives. The role involves working closely with stakeholders to analyse business needs, document requirements, and support the implementation of solutions that improve operational efficiency and customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyse, and document business and functional requirements
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirements gathering sessions
- Translate business needs into clear user stories, process maps, and specifications
- Support solution design in collaboration with product, technology, and delivery teams
- Assist with impact analysis, gap analysis, and process improvement initiatives
- Support testing activities including UAT planning and defect resolution
- Ensure traceability between business requirements and delivered solutions
- Assist project managers with delivery tracking and reporting
Required Experience
- 3-6 years experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Experience working on IT or digital transformation projects
- Strong requirements documentation and analysis skills
- Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies
- Strong stakeholder communication and facilitation skills
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, xcfaprz Confluence, Visio, or similar
- Experience in financial services (banking, insurance, payments, fintech)
- Knowledge of regulatory or compliance-driven change
- Experience with data analysis or reporting tools
