Tipperary Job Type: Full-time About the Role We are seeking motivated and reliable Production Operators to join our clients ingredients manufacturing team in Tipperary Town.

As a Production Operator, you'll be a key part of our production process
- ensuring our high-quality standards are consistently met while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor production equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Carry out quality checks, record production data, and report any deviations.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in line with food safety regulations.
Support process improvements and ensure compliance with all safety policies.
Collaborate with team members and shift leads to achieve production targets.
Requirements Previous experience in a manufacturing, food production, or industrial environment (preferred but not essential
- full training provided).
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Flexibility to work shift patterns (including nights and weekends if required).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
