The RoleThis is a newly created, hands-on role focused on transforming data from our ERP and other business systems into clear, actionable dashboards and reports. The successful candidate will play a key role in improving visibility, decision‑making and performance across the business, while also helping to explore future opportunities in automation and AI.
Key Responsibilities- Design, build and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports for use across the Group.
- Work closely with stakeholders across, Commercial, Finance, Operations, Procurement, IT and Senior Management.
- Be a key contributor to driving data led story telling in the organisation.
- Develop and maintain a single source of truth for key business metrics.
- Assist in identifying future opportunities for predictive analytics, process automation and AI-driven insights
- Adhere to enterprise data standards and governance frameworks
- Translate business requirements into meaningful analytical outputs
- Support key stakeholders with ad‑hoc analysis and management reporting requests
- Degree Qualified in Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Sciences or related technical field.
- Experience working with ERP or operational business systems
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage non-technical stakeholders.
