About
Prosper Recruitment are working in partnership with a long-standing, UK owned designer, manufacturer and supplier of external wall insulation, solid wall insulation and exterior system who due to expansion plans across the north of England are seeking two Area Sales Managers one for the North West and one for the North East
Reporting into the Sales & Technical Director, you will be at the forefront of driving growth within the region. Your mission: to build strong relationships with contractors, specifiers, housing associations, Local Authorities, and installers, introducing and promoting our market-leading EWI systems by gaining specified status within tender documents and/or during the post-tender detailed design process. With a blend of business development, account management, and technical support, you will play a key role in both acquiring new projects and ensuring long-term customer success.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the EWI market.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including contractors, installers, architects, and specifiers.
* Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
