Job Description


Nour Private Wealth (NPW) is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and reliable Personal Assistant to support senior leadership with administrative, operational, and personal support responsibilities. This role requires strong attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced professional environment.


The Personal Assistant will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of schedules, communications, and administrative tasks while also assisting with event coordination, logistical support, and personal errands when required.


Key Responsibilities


  • Manage calendars, meetings, and scheduling for senior leadership
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, appointments, and logistics
  • Handle emails, correspondence, and communications on behalf of leadership
  • Assist with document preparation, presentations, and reports
  • Maintain confidential files and records
  • Plan and organize events, meetings, and client-related functions
  • Run personal and business-related errands as needed
  • Support office administration and day-to-day operational tasks
  • Assist with client coordination and internal communications
  • Provide support on special projects and operational initiatives


Qualifications


  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or administrative role
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
  • Ability to plan and coordinate events and logistics
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard office tools
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be flexible with working hours and available as needed to support leadership
  • Open to occasional travel when required
  • Fluency in English is required; French is considered an asset
