What You’ll Do

• Coordinate projects across internal teams and external partners

• Manage communication with vendors, licensees, and stakeholders

• Turn business goals into clear timelines, plans, and deliverables

• Track projects in Monday.com and time reporting in Harvest

• Monitor progress, flag risks early, and keep scope on track

• Support budgeting and vendor cost tracking

What You Bring

✔ PMP Certification (preferred)

✔ 3–5+ years of project management experience

✔ Experience managing cross-functional teams

✔ Strong communication and organization skills

✔ Familiarity with Monday.com, Harvest, Google Workspace, Slack

✔ Calm, proactive, and solution-oriented
