Are you looking for a new challenge and an opportunity to advance your career? We are on the lookout for an ambitious Integrated Studio Project Manager (4–7 Years Experience) to join our team at our Toronto Office!
The Role:
We are looking for an Integrated Studio Project Manager with strong agency experience who can confidently manage multi-channel marketing initiatives across traditional and digital platforms.
This is a true intermediate-level role — ideal for someone who has built a strong agency foundation and is ready to independently run integrated production workstreams, while continuing to grow toward senior-level Studio leadership.
You will manage production timelines, budgets, workflows, and cross-functional collaboration between Agency and Studio production teams.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Manage the production of creative assets required to support integrated campaigns across digital, social, CRM/eCRM, print, and OOH
- Build and maintain project timelines, scopes, and budgets
- Coordinate internal Studio teams including Design, Development and Quality Assurance.
- Monitor project financials and flag scope changes
- Ensure deliverables meet client expectations and deadlines
- Traffic and route materials for approvals
- Support process improvement initiatives
- Identify risks and recommend proactive solutions
What You Bring:
- 4–7 years of project management experience within an advertising agency (required)
- Experience managing integrated campaigns across digital and traditional media
- Working knowledge of CRM/eCRM workflows (Salesforce Marketing Cloud exposure is an asset)
- Strong understanding of agency process and cross-functional collaboration
- Experience managing budgets and scopes
- Automotive experience (asset)
- Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, or related field (asset)
