About

Our client seeking a full-time personal assistant to manage day-to-day personal logistics with a high degree of trust and autonomy for a tech entrepreneur and their family. You’ll handle household coordination, payments, travel, scheduling, and errands. You’ll be the coordination bridge between a HNWI personal needs, family priorities, and responsibilities at multiple organizations.

Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate household needs, payments, and errands for multiple properties.
  • Manage travel plans, calendars, and personal and family schedules.
  • Review credit card statements and pay personal bills.
  • Support elderly parents through coordination of services and daily in person check-ins.
  • Set up trackers for all personal items that include passports, car maintenance, insurance and benefits claims, tax prep and investment coordination.
  • Oversee personal projects, ensuring professionals (accountants, lawyers) stay on task.
  • Manage the schedule of the household for maintenance (winter tires, semi-annual HVAC inspections, etc.)
  • Build a schedule of proactive maintenance for properties that include HVAC Inspections, gardening contracts, and coordination of trades.
  • Work collaboratively with household staff (childcare providers, cleaners), collecting hours and running payroll.
  • Occasionally coordinate small events.


Qualifications:

  • Previous personal assistant experience with HNWI, executives, entrepreneurs, or families.
  • Strong organizational skills, proactive follow-up, and independent decision-making.
  • Valid driver’s license with access to a car- daily onsite visit in west end location.
  • Adaptability to a dynamic working style, balancing high standards with a passion for learning.
