Role Description
This full-time on-site role, based in Montreal, QC, requires an Office Administrator to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of administrative processes. The responsibilities include managing office equipment, supporting daily administrative tasks, shipping, invoicing, maintaining records, addressing customer inquiries, and assisting in communication with internal and external team members.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration tasks, including scheduling, record-keeping, and data management
- Hands-on experience with Office Equipment and tools for smooth operational processes
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with team members
- A customer-oriented approach and customer Service skills
- Attention to detail, organizational capabilities, and the ability to multitask
- Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in administration
