Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Warehouse Coordinator to manage and optimize the daily operations of our Fort Worth, Texas facility. This leadership role is vital for ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods, supporting our expansive logistics network. You will oversee various warehouse functions, including inventory management, shipping and receiving, staff supervision, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Your responsibilities will include coordinating workflows, managing warehouse staff, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring timely order fulfillment. A keen understanding of warehouse management systems and logistics best practices is crucial. You will champion a culture of safety , ensuring all team members follow procedures and utilize required PPE . While this role involves oversight, occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs may be necessary to assist the team or address immediate needs. Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
  • Supervise and train warehouse staff, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of all orders.
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels and conduct regular audits.
  • Implement and enforce all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Manage warehouse organization and ensure a clean and efficient workspace.
  • Coordinate with transportation providers and manage carrier relationships.
  • Utilize WMS and other technology to optimize operations.
  • Address and resolve operational issues and employee concerns promptly.
  • Ensure proper use of PPE by all warehouse personnel.
  • Contribute to strategic planning for logistics and warehouse improvements.
  • Perform occasional manual tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, as needed.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in warehouse operations and supervision.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics , inventory management, and supply chain principles.
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety .
  • Ability to perform occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Proficiency in wearing and enforcing the use of PPE .
