Seeking a detail-oriented Order Picker to join our team in Portland, Oregon! As an Order Picker, you will play a crucial role in our warehouse operations by accurately selecting items from inventory to fulfill customer orders. Your efficiency and accuracy directly impact our customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include navigating the warehouse, identifying products using pick lists or scanners, and preparing items for packing and shipment. We prioritize workplace Safety and provide all necessary PPE , expecting all team members to follow established guidelines. This position requires physical stamina, including frequent movement, standing, and occasional Lifting of products. You will be an essential part of our Logistics team, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment. Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment is a plus. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse locations based on order sheets or scanner data.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Transport picked items to the packing station.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all company Safety standards and wear required PPE .
- Report any inventory discrepancies or stock issues.
- Perform tasks that may include repetitive motions and moderate Lifting .
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve picking goals.
- Understand and follow warehouse layout and product locations.
- Contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of the Logistics process.
