Are you a motivated and energetic individual looking for a rewarding career in warehouse logistics? Our busy fulfillment center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is looking for dedicated Fulfillment Associates to join our growing team. You will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. This position requires a commitment to efficiency, accuracy, and workplace safety.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using scanning equipment and order sheets.
- Verify product information and quantities against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Process shipments, ensuring proper packaging and labeling for transit.
- Operate various warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and potentially forklifts, with proper training and certification.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all housekeeping standards.
- Follow all Safety procedures and guidelines, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Participate in inventory counts and stock put-away as needed.
- Contribute to team efforts to meet daily fulfillment targets and deadlines.
- The ability to perform frequent Lifting of items up to 40 lbs is essential.
- Understand and contribute to the efficient flow of goods within the logistics network.
- Identify and report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions immediately.
- Engage in continuous training to enhance skills and knowledge in fulfillment operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment is a plus.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
- Must be comfortable with physical tasks, including regular lifting.
- Awareness of and adherence to safety protocols, including wearing PPE.
