About
We are seeking a proactive Shipping & Receiving Associate for our facility in Boise, Idaho. This role requires a candidate who can efficiently manage both incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Responsibilities include unloading trucks, verifying incoming goods against purchase orders, inspecting for damage, stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, preparing shipments for dispatch, and coordinating with carriers. You will be responsible for maintaining organized shipping and receiving docks and ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded in our inventory system. A strong emphasis on Safety is expected, with strict adherence to all company policies and the mandatory use of PPE . This role involves significant physical activity, including frequent standing, walking, and considerable Lifting . You will be a key player in our Logistics network, contributing to the seamless flow of materials. Responsibilities include: managing inbound and outbound logistics, performing accurate inventory counts and record-keeping, operating material handling equipment, maintaining clean and safe work areas, and communicating effectively with team members and external partners.
