Responsibilities:
- Receive, process, and verify incoming orders.
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves using order lists or scanning devices.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product integrity.
- Label and prepare packages for shipment according to carrier specifications.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other material handling equipment.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through diligent stock checks and reporting discrepancies.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free from hazards.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on safety.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned, supporting overall logistics flow.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a fulfillment or warehouse environment preferred.
- Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift.
- Capacity to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Willingness to wear appropriate PPE, including high-visibility vests and safety glasses.
- Basic reading and math skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
